TrendBricks is a development studio in Islamabad. We build business software and data platforms — and we stay on to run them.
Who we are
Senior engineering, without the agency layers.
TrendBricks was founded on a straightforward observation: most software projects in this market do not fail on technology. They fail on scope nobody wrote down, estimates nobody believed, and a vendor who disappeared after the final invoice.
So we built the company around the opposite of that. Small teams, senior people, a written scope before money changes hands, and a support relationship that continues after launch. Our leadership has more than fourteen years of production experience across data engineering, web platforms and cloud infrastructure — including AWS-certified data engineering and a postgraduate background in statistics and data mining.
We work with businesses across Pakistan and with clients in the Gulf, Europe and North America who want senior engineering at a rate their local market cannot offer.
What we are not
We are not a body shop that bills for headcount, and not a template agency that ships the same site with a different logo. If your project needs forty developers next month, we are the wrong call — and we will say so.
How we behave
Four commitments, written down so you can hold us to them.
Say the inconvenient thing early
A risk raised in week two is a conversation. The same risk raised in week ten is a dispute. We would rather have the awkward call while it is still cheap.
Estimate the whole job
Our estimates include testing, migration, training and the bug-fix window. That makes them look higher than quotes that omit those things — and it is why they hold.
Leave the door open
Code in your repository, deployment in your account, documentation written for a stranger. Clients should stay because the work is good, not because leaving is hard.
Refuse the flattering answer
If a cheaper product solves your problem, we will name it. If a feature will not pay for itself, we will say so. We lose some work this way and keep the clients longer.

Talk
A call or a meeting, no charge
You describe the problem. We ask the awkward questions — who uses it, what happens today, what breaks. If we are not the right fit, we say so here.
Scope
A written document you own
Screens, modules, assumptions, exclusions, timeline and price. Detailed enough that any competent team could quote against it, which is the point.
Build
Two-week blocks, visible output
Every block ends with something running on a staging link you can open and use. Feedback changes the next block, not a change-request form.
Launch
Data migrated, staff trained
We move your existing records, run both systems side by side until the numbers agree, and train the people who will actually use it.
Support
The part most vendors skip
A named contact, an agreed response time, monitored backups and a roadmap for the next version. Software is a relationship, not a delivery.

Practicalities
Working with a team in Pakistan.
- Timezone. PKT is UTC+5 — a full working morning with the Gulf and Europe, and a live afternoon handover with the US East Coast.
- Contracts. NDAs and full IP assignment signed before any code is written.
- Payments. International bank transfer or Wise; local clients by bank transfer or cheque.
- Communication. Your tools — Slack, Teams, Jira, GitHub — not a portal we make you log into.
- Meetings. On-site in Islamabad and Rawalpindi; remote everywhere else.
