Inventory & warehouse management

Know what you hold, where it is, what it cost and what is about to run out — across every location.

Stock is usually the largest number on a trading company's balance sheet and the least trusted one. Inventory software earns its cost by making the system figure and the shelf figure agree, and by keeping them agreeing after go-live.

What this covers

  • Multi-location and multi-bin stock with transfer approvals
  • Barcode and QR scanning for receipt, picking and dispatch
  • Batch, lot and expiry tracking with first-expiry-first-out picking
  • Reorder levels, lead times and automatic purchase suggestions
  • Cycle counts and full stock-takes with variance reporting
  • Valuation by FIFO, weighted average or standard cost

Counting that actually reconciles

Full stock-takes are disruptive and often wrong. We set up rolling cycle counts by category and value, so high-value lines are checked often and the annual count becomes a confirmation rather than a discovery. Variances are logged with a reason and a person, which is what stops the same variance repeating.

From warehouse to the rest of the business

The stock module connects to purchasing, sales and accounts so a goods receipt updates payables, and a dispatch updates the customer's ledger. Where you already run a POS or an ERP, we integrate rather than duplicate.
