Sometimes you do not need another development team. You need someone who has built these systems to look at what you have, say plainly what is wrong, and give you a plan you can act on. We do that work as a fixed-fee engagement, with no obligation to hire us for the build afterwards.
What this covers
- Architecture and code review of an existing system
- Second opinion on a vendor quotation or proposal
- Rescue planning for a project that has stalled
- Cloud cost audits and infrastructure right-sizing
- Technical due diligence before an acquisition or investment
- Hiring support: role definition, test design, interview panels
What a review actually produces
You get a written report, not a slide deck of generalities. It states what the system does well, the specific risks ranked by likely cost, the effort to fix each one, and what we would do first with a limited budget. We walk you through it in a session where your own developers are welcome to push back — the point is a decision you trust, not a verdict.
Rescuing a stalled project
Stalled projects usually fail for the same few reasons: scope that was never written down, an estimate nobody believed, or a codebase that has become too fragile to change. We identify which of these it is, recover what is salvageable, and give you an honest choice between repairing and restarting — including when restarting is cheaper.
