How we approach a web build
We start by mapping the process you run today, including the parts that happen over WhatsApp and paper. That map becomes the screen list, and the screen list becomes the estimate. You see clickable screens before we write the backend, so changes are cheap while they are still cheap.
Delivery runs in two-week blocks. At the end of each block there is a working build on a staging URL that you can open and use. Nothing is hidden until the end.
Built to be handed over
Every project ships with source code in your own repository, a written deployment guide, database migrations and environment configuration. If you ever move to another team, nothing is locked behind us. We think that is the minimum standard, and it is rarer than it should be.
