How the engagement runs
You shortlist from CVs, interview the candidates yourself, and reject anyone who is not right. Once a team is in place they work in your repositories, your ticket system and your review process. Timezone overlap is agreed in the contract — Pakistan Standard Time gives a full working morning with Europe and the Gulf, and a live handover window with the US East Coast.
What we take off your plate
Contracts, payroll, tax, hardware, internet redundancy and office space are ours. Holiday and sickness cover is ours. If an engineer leaves, finding and onboarding the replacement is ours, and we do not bill for the ramp-up. You get a predictable monthly cost against a named team.
